I'm a project manager who specialises in optimising and implementing processes and systems — the invisible architecture that determines whether teams thrive or stall. I strongly believe success or failures are results of system and not of individuals. I've worked across multiple functions and regions, always asking the same question: What is working and not working for you, why does this work the way it does, and how could it work better?

Outside of work, I'm drawn to the questions that systems can't fully answer. I explore sport psychology because elite performance reveals truths about motivation that any team can use. I'm fascinated by city planning because cities are the most complex and most human systems ever built. And I think carefully about the ethical dimensions of technology — what we build, for whom, and what it costs.

When the notebook is open, I draw. Anything that interests me, people, plants, little things which have beauty but maybe no purpose and urban spaces. Sketching is where the systems thinker goes quiet and the person comes through.
